Community involvement
At our school, we deeply value the partnership between families, our community, and the school. Parents and carers are warmly invited to participate through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering in a variety of roles as needed. Your involvement and support play a vital role in making our school a welcoming and thriving place for all.
Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)
Our P&C is a group of parents, carers and school community members that play a vital role in supporting our school. They assist with school planning, fundraising, events and volunteering. Our P&C works in partnership with our school to promote the interests of our school community. Through the operation of the school canteen and clothing pool, the P&C provides essential services that benefit both students and families.
Joining the P&C a great way to meet other families, get involved and contribute to our school's future. We would love to have you on board!

To learn more about volunteering with the P&C, visit our Facebook page "Blayney Public School P&C Association" and also join our private Facebook group "BPS P&C Noticeboard" for regular updates on the canteen, clothing pool and fundraising. These updates are also provided through the weekly school newsletter.

P&C Meetings
We warmly invite you to attend our P&C meetings which are held on the 3rd Monday of each term at 6pm in the school library.
These meetings are an opportunity to get involved in planning fundraising events, discussing school updates and helping to shape a vibrant school community.
Can't attend in person? We offer a link via Microsoft Teams for you to join virtually or sign up to receive the meeting minutes straight to your email.
